The restaurant of the Villa Belrose, with its breathtaking terrace overlooking St Tropez bay, invites you to a time of pure culinary pleasure. Managed by Thierry THIERCELIN, our chef de cuisine since 1998, it gained its first Michelin star in 2002 and 17 out of 20 points in the guide Gault & Millau.

Our distinguished chef de cuisine provides you not only with his comprehensive traditional know-how but also with a kitchen full of imagination and subtle scents and savours of regional products. For this culinary adventure, he can also offer you the ”Slim Kitchen" which is prepared in a very light way without butter or cream.
